Calls to consider the elderly in decisions about the future of e-scooters in Wellington

Calls to consider the elderly in decisions about the future of e-scooters in Wellington

Council has heard from members of the public in this morning's meeting on whether to continue an 18-month trial.

Possible footpath safety measures will also be discussed.

Living Streets Aotearoa's Ellen Blake says e-scooters should not be on footpaths - saying people with disabilities and the elderly are against the idea.
