Super Rugby teams are expecting crowds to grace their grounds as early as the second round of the new competition next month

Crusaders CEO Colin Mansbridge says there's growing optimism from the Government the county will return to alert level one at the earliest set date of June 22.

Mansbridge says they've received promising signals from the Government.
