Distinguished Professor Dame Jane Harding is world-renowned for discovering the impact of low blood sugar levels on premature babies' brain development and inventing a cheap gel treatment.
She says there are always more questions to be answered.
Dame Jane's working on a big project about whether low glucose levels in babies can be prevented.
She's also doing a study on the long term effects of better nutrition and treatments at the time of birth.
