It's been revealed work visa holders can't yet return to New Zealand... because there's not enough room for them in quarantine

It's been revealed work visa holders can't yet return to New Zealand... because there's not enough room for them in quarantine

Around 10-thousand work visa holders are estimated to be out of the country... and a big group of them want the Government to let them come home.

Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway says the Government has the capacity to quarantine around three-thousand-200 people at a time, or around 250 people per day.

He says it's impossible to allow all work visa holders to come in at once.
