It may be causing frustration, but ongoing contradictions in the coalition government are unlikely to be damaging

Jacinda Ardern and deputy Winston Peters have publicly disagreed about the speed of the exit out of alert level 2.
But, Political Editor Barry Soper says it's pure electioneering from Peters - not an intended punch at Ardern.
He says Peters is appealing to the public, but also annoying the coalition by saying we need to move to level one now, and do it quick.
