The global demand for sheep milk is growing, and Kiwi farmers are responding

The global demand for sheep milk is growing, and Kiwi farmers are responding

Spring Sheep Milk - a global producer of sheep milk - has just signed three more New Zealand farms to respond to the growing demand.

The new suppliers are using spring sheep's 'bovine to ovine' conversion model, converting their cow infrastructure and re-purposing it for sheep.

Spring Sheep Milk Supply general manager Thomas McDonald says sheep milk's flying off the shelves as more and more consumers in this country, Australia and Asia respond to more digestible milk.
