The race will be the Italian team's 1000th grand prix appearance and will be held a week after the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.
Russia has been locked in as the 10th race on September 27.
Formula 1 still envisages a calendar of 15 to 18 rounds.
Red Bull's Max Verstappen has topped initial Formula 1 Grand Prix practice for this weekend's event in Austria.
Week one winner Valtteri Bottas was second.
