Never before has a conversion charge-down wielded as much influence over a Super Rugby game

Never before has a conversion charge-down wielded as much influence over a Super Rugby game

The Crusaders have run out 26-15 winners over the Blues in Christchurch, with two tries in the final quarter.

The home side were poised to go down by eight points in the 55th minute, with a regulation conversion being lined up by Blues first five Otere Black to a Rieko Ioane try.

But Crusaders centre Braydon Ennor flew at the ball as it was kicked and denied them the extra two...

Blues coach Leon MacDonald says the Crusaders snatched back momentum there and with Richie Mo'unga's cheeky short restart and regather straight after.

The Crusaders four from four heading into the bye, with the Blues now three and one.
