    The Blues battle for the halfback position is heating up as Super Rugby Aotearoa passes the halfway mark


    Finlay Christie started the loss to the Crusaders - his first run-on appearance since joining the franchise.

    It follows six consecutive starts for Sam Nock and four for Jonathan Ruru to start the year.

    Christie says there's healthy competition amongst the trio.



    The Blues face the Hurricanes in Wellington on Saturday.
