Dunedin has been ruled out as a suitable place to set up managed isolation facilities

Despite increasing facilities by a third over the past three weeks, our nationwide capacity is nearly full.
More than 30-thousand Kiwis have been through quarantine since 26 March.
Air Commodore Darryn Webb says the community-spirit and health capacity in Dunedin supported the concept.
But he says they presented complex safety and logistical challenges which exceeded the benefits.
Queenstown and Invercargill were scratched last week.
