Lydia Ko's new coach is encouraging her to not be so critical of her technique as she strives to rediscover her golfing touch

Lydia Ko's new coach is encouraging her to not be so critical of her technique as she strives to rediscover her golfing touch

In her first tournament under the tutelage of Sean Foley, the Kiwi's carded a three-under par round of 69 to be tied for fifth, three shots off the lead.

Ko says she's been a stickler for using video to critique her swing, but Foley's encouraged her not to worry about the lines of every shot.

Veteran Steven Alker's dropped from first to 30th at the latest second-tier Korn Ferry Tour event in Kansas, after carding a three over par second round.
