The Blues have regained the Gordon Hunter memorial trophy with a 32-21 Super Rugby Aotearoa victory in Dunedin

The Blues have regained the Gordon Hunter memorial trophy with a 32-21 Super Rugby Aotearoa victory in Dunedin

The Blues ran in five tries, with halfback Finlay Christie grabbing a double as they secured a first win in the deep south since 2011.

Blues first-five Beauden Barrett says it's a luxury when the big boys go forward like they did.

The win is the Blues' fifth of the campaign and sees them remain second on the ladder, two points adrift of the Crusaders.

The Highlanders are in fourth spot.
