The latest OneRoof property report measures market movements since the day before the country went into lockdown.
Most regions show median property values seeing an increase, or no change.
OneRoof editor Owen Vaughan says the greater Wellington region has dipped by 0.1 percent.

Vaughan says that's mainly due to a lack of stock and the city being a public service city, with a strong employer.
