    A prowler in oversized boots is on the loose in Southland's Mataura


    Police want to identify a Caucasian man in his 40s who took a set of keys while trespassing on Old Coach Road.

    The short man has a slight build and was wearing a sleeveless oilskin vest, black beanie and boots a size too big.

    He was seen carrying two red fuel cans when entering the properties.
