Police have arrested a third man in relation to the murder of Upper Hutt woman Lois Tolley

Police have arrested a third man in relation to the murder of Upper Hutt woman Lois Tolley

Tolley died in an execution-style killing in 2016, after four people smashed their way into her home.

The 28-year-old man faces two counts of aggravated burglary with a weapon and one count of assault with intent to rob.

He appeared in the Whanganui District Court today ... after a three-and-a-half-year police investigation.

Detective Inspector Scott Miller says they're still pursuing other offenders.
