Lotto's must be won 50 million dollar Powerball draw is set for this weekend

Lotto's must be won 50 million dollar Powerball draw is set for this weekend

If the prize is won by a single ticket holder, it will be the largest Powerball prize win in New Zealand history, beating the current record of 44.1 million won in 2016.

Lotto's Marie Winfield says despite Auckland's current Alert level 3 restrictions people are still able to buy tickets in store.

She says they are encouraging people to follow the Covid-19 guidelines at stores but if they are feeling unwell to buy their ticket online.
