North Harbour rugby players may be stuck at home but they're staying as connected as ever ahead of the Mitre 10 Cup

The Auckland-based players have been unable to train together under alert level 3 restrictions.
They've instead been put into groups for regular digital catch-ups to discuss how they're tracking and any challenges they may be facing.
North Harbour general manager David Gibson says it's an important aspect to their self-preparations.
The Mitre 10 Cup kicks off early next month.
