New figures reveal up to a third of responsible drinkers were seen to be drinking less over lockdown

StatsNZ data shows the amount of alcohol available for consumption per person is continuing to fall, dropping to almost 10 percent down from a decade ago.
This comes as spending at hospitality businesses continues to decline.
New Zealand's Brewers Association's Dylan Firth believes this is because bars and restaurants were closed over Alert level 4.
He says there has been a drop because bottle shops were also open to a limited capacity through online sales.
