The ABL has announced the structure for this season, featuring an 'international conference' which will be played almost entirely at North Harbour stadium.
Baseball Australia chief executive Cam Vale has added the caveat that they can't rule out this hub being in Australia given the times we're living in.
The Adelaide Giants and Brisbane Heat will play a home series each before heading to New Zealand, while Geelong-Korea will set up base here too along with potentially an international side.
There'll be no cross-over play between the two conferences until playoffs.
