2020 has struck again for THL.
Its rental vehicle storage facility near Auckland Airport has gone up in flames.
Chief executive Grant Webster says the crew who work there are devastated, but are determined to be back in business tomorrow at a different site.
Emergency services were called to the building on Mangere's Richard Pearse Drive about 5am.
They are tackling the fire using three aerial mounted hoses and a number of ground crews.
The Herald's Lynley Ward, is at the scene, and says there's concern about a fleet of rental camper vans parked close by.
She says firefighters are standing close by and are keeping eye on the vehicles just in case any flames shoot out.
