A Maui campervan rental facility near Auckland Airport has gone up in flames.
Fire and Emergency says the blaze is out, and is under control.
Even so, Auckland's Civil Defence is urging people to avoid being in the direct smoke, as it continues to billow from the building.
The Herald's Lynley Ward, is at the scene, says firefighters were still dampening down any hotspots.
She says the smoke is still billowing from the building and says it's likely to take hours to fully extinguish it.
THL Chief Executive Grant Webster says this is another blow in a terrible year.
But he's thankful no one was injured and the damaged to the motor homes is limited.
