World governing body FIFA estimates football around the world will lose out on almost 21 billion dollars - a third of its value - in revenue because of the coronavirus pandemic

They've also allocated $2.2 billion dollars to help tackle the effects of the pandemic.

150 of the 211 member associations have so far applied for funds.

Each national association can seek a grant of 1.5 million dollars, plus a further 750 thousand dollars which has to be ring-fenced for the women's game.
