Tiger Woods has fallen victim to the Winged Foot golf course in New York

Tiger Woods has fallen victim to the Winged Foot golf course in New York

The 15 times major winner has missed the cut at the US Open after a seven over par second round left him at 10-over for the tournament - with the cut line at six over.

PGA Championship winner Colin Morikawa is also in danger of missing the weekend as he sits at six over par with only a few players left out on course.

Patrick Reed holds a one shot lead at four under-par after an even par 70, with Bryson DeChambeau in sole second at three-under.

DeChambeau is the only player to have hit under par on both days of the tournament.

Kiwi Danny Lee is tied for 39th at five-over par, Ryan Fox finished at 19-over in 140th after a second round 85.
