A playing draw that was initially celebrated has ended up working against Counties-Manukau in the Mitre 10 Cup

The extension of Covid-19 level two restrictions in Auckland mean the province can host what looks to be a maximum of 500 people for the next two home games, as they spread pockets of 100 around the ground.

Union boss Aaron Lawton says afternoon games against Northland this weekend and Manawatu a week later were expected to draw in 5000 fans each.
