    Businesses want a more open border -- as long as Kiwis aren't at risk


    Labour and National's money men traded blows at the Mood of the Boardroom live debate this morning -- responding to business leaders' opinions and concerns.

    Business NZ Chief Executive, Kirk Hope, says we need to combine to work out a plan.

    He says we need a more sophisticated system the involves the public sector and Government producing guidelines -- and holding the private sector to account over the rules.
