    Nationwide property values are showing signs of growth again

    Nationwide property values are showing signs of growth again


    The Core Logic House Price Index increased 0.8 percent in September, after generally stalling since May.

    Wellington values increased 1.1 percent, and Hamilton values increased 0.8 percent.

    Auckland and Christchurch values increased 0.5 percent, and Dunedin values increased 0.4 percent.

    Tauranga bucked the trend, with values dropping 0.3 percent.
