The Health Minister will dig into alleged poor management complaints at the Southern District Health Board

Five independent reports found serious problems with the colonoscopy service and management of bowel cancer by the DHB.
A Christchurch surgeon then urged the Ministry of Health to step up and hold people at the DHB responsible.
Chris Hipkins says residents in the southern region deserve better care.
He says a further report is being done on the DHB's management of colonoscopy, and that he's asked the Ministry for advice on that.
