    Christchurch City Council's investing another twelve-million dollars into the Town Hall


    The Hall finally reopened last year - with earthquake repairs coming in 40-million over the 127-million-dollar budget.

    The Finance and Performance Committee today voted to buy twelve-thousand one-dollar shares from its events company VBase .

    The Committee's agenda lists the cash injection as being for additional repair and restoration work on the Hall.
