South Sydney are through to the NRL's preliminary finals after a runaway victory against Parramatta

The Rabbitohs have won 38-24, eliminating the Eels and booking themselves a date against the Panthers next week.

With the game in the balance at 20-18, Parramatta had a penalty attempt ricochet off the upright, only for Souths to regather and score off the subsequent set of six.

Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett says they capitalised on the moments offered to them.
