Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are set to spend $7.5 million on a waterfront property in Tampa Bay
The 40-year-old model and Tom, 43, relocated to Florida after the NFL star signed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers earlier this year and the celebrity duo now have their sights set on a spectacular Bay-area mansion, TMZ reports

The loved-up pair are said to be in the final stages of a deal to buy the five-bedroom house in a gated community, and the acquisition is set to closed in the coming days.
Their new property is 8,548 square feet in size and even has its own private dock.
Gisele and Tom have been renting the home of sports legend Derek Jeter since they relocated to Florida earlier in 2020.
But they're now preparing to move out and into their new home, which also features a gym, an elevator, a billiard room, and even a media centre.
Meanwhile, Tom previously revealed that Gisele wrote him a letter two years ago detailing her dissatisfaction with their marriage.
The model - who has Vivian, seven, and Benjamin, ten, with the NFL star - told Tom that she needed him to step up and provide more support.
Tom explained: "She didn’t feel like I was doing my part for our family.
"She felt like I would play football all season and she would take care of the house and all of a sudden when the season would end, I would be like, ‘Great, let me get into all my other business activities. Let me get into my football training.’ And she’s sitting there going, ‘Well, when are you going to do things for the house? When are you going to take the kids to school and do that?’"
