Jodie Marsh says losing her mum is “the hardest thing” she’s ever experienced

The 41-year-old star was struck by tragedy last month when her mother, Kristina, passed away following a battle with cancer, and she has now hit out at a rude customer who refused to accept Jodie’s grief as an excuse for her order from jodiemarsh.co.uk being late to arrive

Jodie fumed on Twitter: “I’ve actually got a mental health nurse shouting at me because her clothing order from http://jodiemarsh.co.uk is late. I apologised profusely & explained that my mum just died & I haven’t been at work & she’s still saying I should have contacted her…..

“Sorry but after losing my mum (& best friend in the world), I couldn’t focus on anything at all & as a mental health nurse she should know this surely?! My last thought was ‘I better email people to let them know orders will be slightly delayed’. I was and AM broken. (sic)”

The beauty continued to rant on the micro-blogging platform, and claimed she’s been spending her days “trying to make sure” her father is okay following her mother’s death.

She added: “Also, I have spent every day since mum passed trying to make sure my dad is ok, since he has never been without mum & I am sick with worry for him. I’m shocked at how angry & pushy people can be. I’m not sure she’s in the right profession to be honest…. (sic)”

Jodie finished her Twitter tirade by admitting she’s “exhausted”, and said she hopes people can find “more compassion and kindness” instead of being rude.

She wrote: “Losing my mum (who was also my best friend) is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Most days I don’t even know what day it is & I’m exhausted. Animals & friends are keeping me sane & that’s then helping me to help my dad. My whole world is upside down

“If this is how mental heath nurses behave then what hope is there for any of us? More compassion and kindness is needed. My heart is shattered & I’m doing the best I can every day (sic)”
