    More than one-billion-dollars worth of homes are expected to change hands in Auckland's flash suburb of Remuera this year


    Real Estate Institute data shows the milestone is only 183-million-dollars away...before sales in October, November, and December are counted.

    On average, 90-million dollars worth has been sold each month this year.
