    Auckland City will play at next year's football Club World Cup, after being nominated by Oceania Football for February's tournament


    The winner of this year's OFC Champions League was set to attend the tournament in Qatar, but the qualifying tournament was cancelled following the group stage due to the pandemic.

    Auckland City went through pool play unbeaten while scoring nine goals without conceding any, enough to earn the side the rubber stamp.
