One person has been arrested after searches in Kawakawa on Monday turned up an estimated 90-thousand-dollars' worth of methamphetamine.
They recovered 50-kilos of iodine pellets used for making meth - valued at 125-thousand dollars, and seized a firearm, cash and a stolen caravan from Tauranga.
A 47-year-old facing a number of charges is due in the Kaikohe District Court next month.
Further arrests are expected.
