The Government's introducing a short-term law to allow on-site drug testing, just in time for summer festivals.
The Young Nats say they don't condone drug use, but if a young person decides to take an illicit drug, it shouldn't be a death sentence.
National Party leader Judith Collins says the law gives people a false sense of security.
She says there's a reason the drugs are illegal and it's not about being the fun police -- but about preventing people from causing themselves enormous damage.
