Citizens and residents are liable for a charge if they visit the country for less than 90 days.
A single person is charged three-thousand-100 dollars.
The first invoices became overdue on November 26, with 13 out of 39 not paid - to a total of more than 43-thousand dollars.
An MIQ spokesperson says if the person doesn't pay, actions could include referral to a debt collection agency, or court action.
Once invoices are overdue, they become a debt due to the Crown.
