An independent review of the organisation, led by Miriam Dean QC, has been released.

Dean received 80 complaints from crew about bullying, 120 complaints of inappropriate conduct, and 19 sexual harassment complaints.

Employment relations expert Max Whitehead says someone needs to be brought in immediately, to improve workplace culture.

He says they should start up an intensive training programme, showing staff what behaviour is acceptable, and what's not.

Weta Digital chief executive Prem Akkaraju says they're working through the implementation of the report's recommedations.
