Systemic understaffing at Auckland District Health Board's left nurses fearing for their safety

The New Zealand Nurses Organisation claims funding isn't meeting patient demand.
It reveals there's been more than 250 unsafe staffing incident reports in the past three months at Auckland DHB.
Organiser Justine Sachs says they're struggling... and it's not even flu season.
She says if there was an outbreak of Covid-19 they'd be completely unprepared - so funding needs to change.
