    A promising start at the first Global Dairy Trade event of the year


    Overall, prices are up 3.9 per cent.

    Prices for milk powder are up in both categories - skim up 4.1 per cent and whole milk up 3.1 per cent.

    It's the fourth lift in prices in two months.
