Rebekah Vardy has a "really strong resting bitch face"

She said: "I’ve got the persona of being quite cold.

"I’ve developed a really strong resting bitch face over the years. Now I’m really trying to lose it, but it’s not easy when you’ve taught yourself to do something so well. It’s a defensive thing – not showing any vulnerability, so no one can hurt me."

And Rebekah also opened up about how therapy helped her through her personal issues.

She added: "I learnt to put everything away in a box. I was determined not ever to allow my kids to see a life that was falling apart. So now when I look back, I feel like I’m looking at a character in a book. It’s how I separate my past from my present and distinguish between myself then and me now. Going through all the stuff I did made me almost unbreakable.

"I’ve become really good at not letting things bother me. But it’s a downfall as well, because your past forms a mask and you don’t always come across too well."

Rebekah hopes people will now look past her mistakes.

Speaking to The Times, she said: "I’d like people to read about my life and think miracles do happen. It doesn’t matter how many mistakes you’ve made. You deserve to be happy."
