The Prada cup will draw thousands into Auckland's City Centre

The Prada cup will draw thousands into Auckland's City Centre

From today, three challengers will fight it out in a round robin -- to meet Team New Zealand in the America's Cup.

There will be 17 days of racing and lots of entertainment at Wynyard Quarter and on the waterfront.

Heart of the City Chief Executive, Viv Beck says there'll be plenty of things for people to enjoy.

She says there's the Spark 5G attraction on the waterfront, Weta Workshop on Federal Street and the exhibition of contemporary Maori art at the Auckland Art Galley.
