Police are still investigating an early morning drive-by shooting in Auckland - which left vehicles and a house window damaged

They say it's lucky no one was injured - when several shots were fired on Mt Roskill's McCullough Avenue, about 1.45am.

Police say early indications suggest it wasn't a random incident, and they're talking to a number of people.

Anyone who noticed suspicious activity should call Auckland Crime Squad or Crimestoppers.
