The Kansas City Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl to defend their title

Last year's champions have qualified for the big dance again, thrashing the Buffalo Bills 38-24 in the AFC title game.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns for the Chiefs.

The Chiefs will have to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on their home paddock, after they got past the Green Bay Packers 31-26 in the NFC.
