    Former Kiwis wider squad member Masada Iosefa has died in a quad bike accident in Darwin

    Iosefa was part of a long-list for the 2008 World Cup and also toured with the Kiwis in 2007 but didn't take to the park.

    Iosefa spent four NRL campaigns with Penrith between 2008 and 2011 before two years at the Wests Tigers.

    He also played four tests for Samoa.

    Iosefa was due to turn 33 today.
