Covid-19 has the Cancer Society nervous about future investment in cancer care

The Cancer Control Agency's first ever comprehensive report of our cancer system shows some inconsistencies in care, and changes in patterns of cancer - including survival rates.
Cancer Society chief executive Lucy Elwood says the report highlights investment in care is needed.
She doesn't know if the government will step up with some investment because of the fiscal issue left behind by the pandemic.
Elwood says steps need to be considered to fast-track things like bowel and lung screening.
