Flu jabs are voluntary, but prospective workers for the Arvida Group will have no choice when it comes to the Covid-19 vaccine

It will be a condition of their employment, with the aim to protect around five thousand residents in 32 aged care facilities across the country.
The Aged Care Association expects its members to do everything they can to get all staff vaccinated against Covid-19.
Chief executive, Simon Wallace, says there's 100 percent take up of the flu vaccination at most rest homes around the country.
He says it's about repeating those messages with regard to Covid.
