The Tall Blacks will play the Australian Boomers two weeks today in a hastily confirmed fixture as part of FIBA's Asia Cup qualifying series

The fixture was originally set down for the Philippines as part of a qualifying event, but that was cancelled due to Covid.
New Zealand's roster for the game, which is likely to be played in Cairns, is expected to be Australian based players, but not ANBL players.
The Tall Blacks will still need to play Guam and Hong Kong in their qualifiers before the Asia Cup tips off in August.
