    A heaving last six months for hammer thrower Lauren Bruce


    She won the Porritt Classic at the weekend with a meet record 73.32 metres, following her Olympic qualification in December and the setting of the New Zealand women's record in September.



    New Zealand has three spots available for Tokyo, with Gold Coast Commonwealth Games champion Julia Ratcliffe set to join Bruce.
