    Kiwi runner Sam Tanner has plenty on his plate before the Tokyo Olympics


    The 20-year-old recently ran an indoor personal best 1500 metres of three minutes 34 seconds at a grand prix in New York.

    He says he'll use primarily college competition between now and the Olympics as building blocks to what will hopefully be a successful debut.
