    Luna Rossa co-helmsman Jimmy Spithill's advocating extra-for-experts in training to win the Auld Mug


    His calm heart rate in stressful sporting situations has been a talking point in the America's Cup challenger series with his formidable fitness deemed the reason.

    Spithill says sitting down the entire time also helps, but there's more method to his motives.



    Luna Rossa and Team New Zealand will race for the Auld Mug from next Wednesday, Covid-willing.
